Dental Insurance and Payment Options

Our office is in-network with most major insurance providers, including HDS, Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and HMSA. Our team is knowledgeable about dental insurance and we’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.

Our office will help you determine the extent of your insurance benefits.  This insurance estimate is not a guarantee that your insurance company will pay exactly as estimated.  Your insurance company determines the final amount paid at the time the claim is processed.  Estimated co-payments, deductibles, non-covered services or services requiring further review by your insurance carrier are collect prior to treatment is initiated.

Please read your insurance booklet and forms carefully and contact your insurance company to make sure you fully understand your benefits.  A verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company and the final determination is made by the insurance company at the time the claim is processed. 

Payment in full is expected no longer than thirty (30) days after your claim has been filed.  Insurance payments are supposed to be made by insurance companies within thirty (30) days of filing. If your insurance company has not paid within thirty (30) days, you will need to contact your insurance company to investigate the claim status.  Insurance companies may deny benefits for many reasons and in most cases it is readily resolved by the insured contacting the insurance company directly to resolve an issue.  Any remaining cost is your responsibility.  If your insurance payment is not received within thirty (30) days of filing, or if your claim is denied, you will need to pay the balance in full at that time.  Please refer to our financial policy for more information.
